You might be understanding 'fake it till you make it wrong,' and leaning too heavily into the faking part. That's in part what the tech industry has allowed itself to do for too long, but now we have to learn what are the real progress indicators and adamantly stick to those. Are you making genuine progress that's improving the condition of your users, or are you doing things that look good on LinkedIn?
